Jorge Patricio Cárcamo Castro, secuestrado el 19 marzo 1986 en el sector de Peña Blanca mientras se encontraba como pasajero en un taxi. Fue llevado a un cuartel de la CNI ubicado en calle Álvarez, donde fue sometido a torturas. luego es declarado reo y llevado a la cárcel pública de Valparaíso. Comisión Chilena de Derechos Humanos Valparaíso. 27 mayo 1986.
